Professor Tom Collier and Dr. Quincy Jones at the 2008 University of Washington Graduation Ceremonies in June where Quincy was presented by his hometown university with an Honorary Doctorate in Music degree. Tom made the initial proposal to the UW and was instrumental in the process in honoring Dr. Jones.
